Perfect location to explore Zagreb on foot, you are in the heart of the city with all the hotspots on your doorstep.
This is a very cool funky area, full of lively local bars, restaurants, markets and retail.
This Airbnb is very quiet, and the bedroom has full dark out blinds (yeah!), and the little outdoor area gets plenty of sun, as does the whole apartment.
The kitchen is small but well equipped; we were able to cook most nights and had everything we needed. There is a great supermarket 5 minutes walk, along with fresh fruit and vegetable market in the square.
My only concern (and it appears a common issue in Croatia) is that they supply no cleaning products. So things like the dishwasher didn't have salt, rinse aid etc. My advice is to bring your own cleaning products and take them with you to each Airbnb as you travel.
Vid, our Airbnb host, was amazing to communicate with, very prompt and was always checking in to make sure you were satisfied with the apartment.
Great value for money and would definitely choose Vid's place again if we were to return to Zagreb.
