Sally and I love champagne, and after extensive research, we found that this restaurant sells the cheapest Taittinger champagne in Tirana.

The staff is super friendly, and when dining upstairs, you have a view of the kitchen (a perfect location on a rainy day).

This restaurant would be a perfect place for summer with an extensive outdoor area.

While primarily a seafood restaurant, I can attest that the menu selection will satisfy non-fish eaters.
