Stunning home.
We were blessed to have found Gerrit's property while staying in Vienna during the COVID-19 crisis.
My husband and I have been on an endless travel journey and decided to wait it out in Vienna, and we chose Gerrit's place as it has a beautiful terrace, a fantastic view of a church and sunsets.
It's also great for afternoon drinks in the sunshine.
The apartment and terrace receive glorious sunshine daily; we love soaking it up. All the windows open up to provide lots of fresh air.
We stayed for one month; it was the perfect layout to enjoy isolation at home. Beautiful furniture and decor, incredibly clean and spacious. It was also a bonus to have a mini stereo to Bluetooth your devices and listen to your favourite tunes all day.
The kitchen was well stocked and equipped and had everything we needed to cook our three meals daily at home. A large fridge and supermarkets are a short walk with plenty of choices.
The location is lovely, based across from the Danube River, which is ideal for relaxing strolls and views.
Bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds and linen.

The building has a lift, and the apartment is on level 5, so needed when checking in for luggage and shopping.
Gerrit is a wonderful host, very responsive, easy to communicate with, and perfect English. Nothing is too much to ask; he is a lovely host.
We highly recommend this property, and you won't be disappointed.
