Caffe pizzeria 5 - One Visit Perfect breakfast venue for a big hearty breakfast, with great coffee, it is located in the old town, probably best as a breakfast venue.

Stanica Skver - One Visit Nice place next to the bay, sit and soak up some sun and enjoy a drink (try to stay away from the cocktails, just not enough kick for me). However, the wines are of great value. Something just doesn't seem work at this place, I think it's more the service level and to be honest, you really do wonder if it's had better days. This place has so much potential, just let down by the service and quality of the cocktails.

Portofino - One Visit What a great find, this beautiful restaurant is situated right in the old town with a choice of views, either the old cathedral or the bay. As it was quiet, we got to spend time with the chef and team. Great quality food, fresh, served with a smile and laugh. I only wished we had found this place earlier in our stay. Our advice avoid the main restaurant sea on the bay and head up to this place for quality food with a great view and perfect for people watching.

Bistro "Kod Špira" - Two Visits Finally, a place that serves great cocktails, right opposite the cathedral in the old town. Full of locals and the team is full of smiles and great service. We also caught up on some work here, great wifi, people watching, coffee, sunshine, and during normal seasons they serve breakfast.

BamBi #Phuket #Thailand Beachside dining. We dined at Bambi multiple times for lunch and dinner while staying at Beyond Resort, and it was a short walk on the beach from the resort. The food was consistently excellent, awesome Thai food and sunsets. Prices were cheap, and the view was stunning. The team at Bambi were great and made you feel very welcome on each visit. It was a piece of paradise, and you could spend hours just relaxing and enjoying the view. It is a cash-only restaurant, but if you needed an ATM, it was just a short walk to Robinson Resort. Bambi also has wifi and excellent toilet facilities. Great coffee too! There is a great massage place on the beach directly next to the restaurant. When dining at night, you were entertained by the hermit crabs wandering around in the sand.

Joloko #KualaLumpur Best cocktails & Tequila selection in Kuala Lumpur. Always great to stumble across a quaint little bar and restaurant. We were lucky enough to be staying next door to Joloko and had a fabulous evening enjoying their vast range of cocktails and delicious food. The style was Caribbean/African; the decor was gorgeous, great for sharing plates and trying new dishes. The food was amazing! After you have filled up on the shared dishes, you head back to the bar and continue trying more cocktails. Excellent range of Gin & Tequila, especially if you are a fan of Mezcal. The service is delightful; everyone was very attentive and enjoyed a chat. Definitely will pop by next time in KL to say hi and try even more of the excellent dishes and drinks; hopefully, it’s a Friday or Saturday as I have heard it’s a fun night of dancing and music too!

Wanakarn Beach Resort #Phuket #Thailand 5 Nights Stunning. This was everything we had hoped for and more. From check-in to check out, it was faultless. It was a hidden gem and a perfect getaway to unwind and relax. A beautiful resort, our pool villa was sensational. It was so spacious, clean and very relaxing, especially the decor. You could easily spend the day chilling out in the villa and enjoying the room and pool, or by the resort pool or just chilling on the beautiful daybeds with a view of the river and ocean. The room serviced twice a day, you always received a good night treat, and water always stocked up. The fabulous bar and restaurant, where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, was such a warm environment, you became familiar with all staff and guests. It was very intimate. The food was an absolute delight and a vast range of choices if staying all week, and we have five nights, which was not near long enough! You also had a beautiful view. Wanakarn is quite remote, and you are about a 15 mins cycle to the nearest town (each villa provided bikes), so we spent our time taking advantage of being remote and spent our time on the resort. If you fancy Tennis there was also a court available, or a spa which had heavenly massages, best Thai massage ever! The staff were exceptional from check-in, housekeeping to restaurant staff, always loved to have a chat and nothing was too much, a special thank you to the bar staff for the best cocktails ever! Upon departure, we were pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous Mercedes to deliver us to the airport. Along with a surprise gift from the team for our flight. A huge thank you to the whole team, and we highly recommend this resort for a stay to remember in Phuket.

Sunset Cocktails with a sensational viewVanilla Sky is a perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy fabulous cocktails. The view is spectacular, the cocktails are of exceptionally high quality, and the bar decor is gorgeous. Recommend going for the evening, and enjoy the happy hour cocktails. The team are amicable too. The bar is on the rooftop of Cape Sienna resort and has an exceptional Gin collection for all Gin lovers. You can also lounge around on beanbags too!
