Beautiful riad style house + sea view terrace - One Week
From the moment you see the walled city that this sensational riad calls home, to then walk through the arch and enter Cite Portugaise you can't help but get excited.
Cobblestone lanes and surrounded by beautiful old buildings. The home is everything you imagined and more, and the rooftop is also stunning.
We enjoyed seven nights at Reda's place and felt very at home, part of the community and experiencing the culture, and it was very cosy and traditional.
The riad has everyt

hing you need, we cooked dinner a few nights, especially being so close to all the beautiful fresh food markets we needed to enjoy the local produce.
There is also a great wine shop ten mins walk to enjoy local wines with your dinner. The location is perfect; we walked around the city a few times and only caught a taxi once to Carrefour (the supermarket).
You must visit the nearby Hotel L'Iglesia for a lazy lunch in the sun and a sunset drink on the terrace. It's a hidden treasure with delicious food.
Reda is a fabulous host, both he and his father are very responsive, helpful and loved sharing lots of local hotspots to visit. He speaks excellent English and even transferred us to our next location in Ouadilia for a fee, which was a beautiful drive along the coast.
I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful riad and enjoy a few days in El Jadida, exploring and eating till your heart's content.
