A very cool art-deco style boutique hotel in Tirana it has a nice fine-dining restaurant and a casual cocktail bar.
Perfect central location, the rooms are nice, just the bathrooms are a little small.
The only real issue is the breakfast is the same every day, so it becomes monotonous.
