Riva Concept Restaurant & Bar - Three Visits
This place oozes potential; however, it struggles with consistency behind the bar and in front of the house.
The views are amazing, and it has so much going for it based on the seafront location.
The first visit had excellent views and reasonable cocktails (just heavy with sugar syrup).
The second and third visits left us wondering if the staff is just over the season and cannot wait for it to close during the off-season.
