It's a piece of paradise. Welcome to the most beautiful oasis just outside of Marrakech.
Upon entering this incredible Riad, you are transported to a little piece of heaven. Leo will give you a tour of your home for the next few days (we wish we had booked much longer than three nights).
The atmosphere at The Place is what we had hoped for; it was so peaceful and relaxing. We were there in the middle of winter, and we were blessed with 20-degree days.
We enjoyed the sun by the pool—you could even tan! The sunsets were also incredible on the rooftop, with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains.
The food and service are at the next level; we fell in love with the tajines, fresh smoothies and salads, and healthy diet—you feel great after a few days here.
It was a pleasant surprise to find out wine was available, too.
Our room exceeded our expectations and was much more spacious than we imagined. The bed was huge, with a beautiful, cosy duvet.
We loved our stay at The Place and would stay there again; it felt like home, and we loved spending time with Winston, the resident French dog.
We were heading to Ait Benhaddou and received a very competitive price from Leo for our following two transfers. It was a very safe trip through the mountains.
