Kaneo Restaurant - Two visits
The location, views, and food are exquisite, and you can dine on the crystal clear waters on the lakeside in Ohrid, an old town in Macedonia.
Kaneo Restaurant was a hidden gem, with magical views of St. John the Theologian church and overlooking the lake. We started with a bubbly glass followed by one of our favourite local wines, Bela Voda.
The food, service, and wine were exceptional. It was nice to find a fine dining restaurant with clean food; it was delicious.
The steaks were perfectly cooked and of high-quality grade, and the desserts were also a treat.
Cosy indoor and outdoor dining—the choice is yours. It's a short walk from the centre of the old town, strolling through the beautiful cobblestone streets.
Perfect restaurant to spend a lazy lunch and soak up the views, you won't be disappointed.
